Is the stone suitable for outdoors?
Yes — the slate is durable and the print is water resistant, so it’s safe to place in your garden or by a resting spot. We do recommend angling it slightly so rain runs off easily.
How long does it take to arrive?
We aim to make and send your stone within 7–9 working days. Once it’s shipped, UK delivery usually takes 5–7 days depending on where you live.
What size should I choose?
Both sizes are popular. The 6 inch is lovely for shelves, small gardens or indoor spaces. The 8 inch gives a bit more presence, especially outdoors. You can’t go wrong — just choose what feels right for your space.
Can I use more than one photo?
At the moment, we can only use one photo per stone, to keep the design clear and focused.
Will the print fade or peel off over time?
No — the print is made to last. It’s pressed directly into the slate and won’t peel or flake. Just avoid scrubbing or soaking it, and it’ll stay beautiful for years.
What if I make a mistake in the name or dates?
If you spot a mistake after ordering, get in touch with us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started production, we’ll fix it for you. Once it’s been made, we sadly can’t change it — but we’ll always try to help.
